ANTI-INFLAMMATORY PLANTS DATABASE

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY PLANTS DATABASE is developed by literature mining and manual curation.
The database include an extensive collection of plants involved in anti-inflammation activity.
The database include 205 plants having anti-arthritic activity. We have also studied the other medicinal properties of those anti-arthritic plants.
405 phytochemicals with its properties (InChI Key, SMILES, physicochemical, pharmacokinetics, Druglikeliness,) three dimensional structures are incorporated in the database.
We have used cheminformatics tools to compute the physicochemical properties, drug likeliness based on ADMET properties.
